Complaints

For complaints about clothes purchased in one of Volt's stores, please return the garment back to one of our shops with receipt of purchase.

For service complaints, please send an email to mail@volt.no

Returns

7 days right of exchange. Clothing must be unworn and have original price tags still attached. Receipt must be shown.

1 day open purchase (not including weekends). Receipt must be shown.

Defective products can only be replaced by showing receipt.

Items bought on sale and underwear cannot be exchanged under any
circumstances.
